Talk to local restaurant owners about carrying GF bread crumbs, pastas, breads, etc., as well as the possibility of setting up GF stations or a single dedicated pot or pan.
Call companies that manufacture products you like, ask them about their gluten content. Let them know you love their product and would like to continue to be able to purchase it.
Speak to your local supermarkets about carrying GF products as well.
